I'm not sure what "DT" or "BES" mean. I was wondering whether DT could mean "drainage total", but then I do not know why the "ml" measurement isn't included.
I also don't think BES would be an electrolyte panel in this context.

If DT stands for diurèse totale, BET may have to do with "bilan" (hydrique) and "excès", either intake or output.
What do you make of "ce"? Could it be a scan error, to actually read "cc" (for the missing "ml")?

"DT" is indeed "diurèse totale".
'ce' was an OCR error and should have been 'cc'.
You were also correct regarding BES. It stands for "bilan entrées/sorties" and can be translated as "fluid balance".

• TDM cérébral ou IRM en cas de signes cliniques de focalisation.
• EEG à réaliser le plus tôt possible. Il est en faveur d’une encéphalopathie (ondes lentes diffuses). Son évolution est un facteur pronostic.
