From an interview with said Director:
"A quelques semaines du lancement des programmes en langue arabe, X a interviewé Y, directeur de l'Information et de l'Antenne de cette chaîne internationale basée à Z."
I have "Director of News Programming" but I'm not sure that that covers the "Antenne" bit. Then again, if we know we are talking about a television network, isn't "antenne" just redundant?
thanks,
Diane

Director of News Programming
You're right on both counts. Director of News Programming or News Director will cover it. "Antenne" is largely superfluous, but can also be interpreted as Station Director, in which case, News and Station Director would work.

Since you've already got "international channel" later in the sentence, I would probably leave our station director.
