Country - Canada. 'Opérations spécialisées' is an internal department, but 'vigie légale and fiscale' is not (according to my client). Is there a consecrated term for this in Canada or in general?

Thanks Bob! I used "legal and fiscal oversight" and left it in lower case, though in retrospect it sounds kind of congressional. No word back from the client yet. Points for you though! as if you need any more :)
