français vers anglais Technique / Génie Ingénierie (général) business plan (waste recycling)
Les apporteurs que sont les cabinets spécialisés dans les rapprochements de sociétés et les référencés nos agents.

Proz.com search suggests the sense of 'recommended', but a further problem is that to me, it seems that there is something missing in the original French sentence. Could anyone throw any light on this one? I would be most grateful, because, the more I look at it, the less sense it makes to me.

The sentence is taken from a document detailing plans for expansion in the waste recycling business and the paragraph is one of the items under the heading:
'Les acteurs qui interviennent pour la réussite de nos projets...'

I think Angeliki is right: they have simply not repeated the "que sont". Who are the players in the projects' success ? The... in other words the firms specialising in..... and the.... in other words our agents

"et les référencés nos agents" - something's definitely missing there! And the "sentence" has no no main verb. What comes before/after?
