This is the title of a Diploma from Cameroon from: Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Agro-Alimentaires du Cameroun. I cannot find the proper translation in English for this diploma. Any suggestions, will greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

If you try Googling this you will find numerous jobs and courses on offer for project engineers, e.g. Sheffield University ... . Without knowing how specialised in **Option : Production** the course was, I'd play safe by simply putting "production" in brackets, which is how it would most likely appear in the English equivalent. However, **option** could be translated as "specialism" or "specialising in".

: Given that this Diploma is from the ENS des industries agro-alimentaires, it is extremely unlikely to be civil engineering.
