I know what they are driving at but am having a brain block on how to say it. Perhaps because it's Monday and so far today I have lost my purse, took the wrong keys so I couldn't start my car, glasses were in said lost purse so I am having to wear prescription sunglasses even though the fog is as thick as pea soup... you know, one of those Mondays.

At any rate, I was thinking of sales progression and would love some input from non-scatterbrained people out there :-)

They may be talking about the concept of add-on sales, as in when the sales clerk tells you the face cream is much more effective when used with the exfoliant, etc. (Not that I ever fall for any of that!)
