Here's the context (followed by my own attempt):

"A lover of local Burgundy wines, he takes great care in featuring them into his culinary creations."

I don't know how to put this without sounding blunt, but your suggested translation is way off the mark for meaning and contains a couple of fairly basic mistakes.
Here's a suggested rendering.
"Burgundy wines take pride of place is his dishes".
Suggestions and comment for your rendering as is:
"A lover of local Burgundy wines": this may be the case, but this is not at all what is being said here
"he takes great care in featuring them": same comment as above; he takes great care "to" would be better here
"featuring them into": wrong preposition. English would require "in" here, not "into".
"culinary creations": is a little OTT for the register of "préparations".
I suggest that you have your final version proofread, which is always a good idea anyway.
I noted in previous posts that you used "going into UK English" which is an unusual turn of phrase.

: The subject of the sentence is the wine. I think you have the grammar the wrong way round as wine cannot experience emotion.
