nordic recipe
Hello all,
I'm looking for the translation of "buckrams" which is a plant used in a Nordic recipe alongside with swedish turnip and smoked salmon.
Context:
"hot smoked salmon with pureed swedish
turnip, potato hash browns and buckrams"
"Assemble all ingredients on hot plates and garnish with finely
chopped buckrams and cold pressed rapeseed."
Many thanks in advance.
