les ulcères de chrome

The links both give good French descriptions of the toxic effects. Sores would often be translated as 'plaie' rather than 'ulcère' but it seems that the 'plaie' comes before the 'ulcère' in these cases so if chrome sore is a synonym for external ulcer then I think it should be 'ulcère' in French.

Merci
agree David Miclo : The Delamare medical dictionary gives "ulcère" as a translation for "sore". The Webster website also gives "ulcération chromique" or "ulcération du chrome" as a translation for "chrome sore" see www.websters-online-dictionary.com
