Particularly interesting is that people in the places that really need the information are being excluded from it due to a lack of translators.
I suppose it's obvious, though, that translation qualifications are not likely to be a high priority to someone undertaking higher education in one of these poorer countries. Nor are natives likely to move from one country to another as much as in the West and "fall into" being a translator due simply to having picked up another language fl... See more

Language has a boundary , it divides but translation can break it and unite. In that sense it can perfectly work as a translators without borders.
