why is not recognized the segment

I have in my TM this segment:

My minimum match value is 70%

Lower your minimum match level Mar 13, 2004

...particularly if you're working on short segments like this one. (BTW I work with a minimum level of 40%.)

As "D03" is recognised as one word, the fuzzy match has a value of 50%. Lower your minimum value to 49%, and see what happens.
