Does anybody else have this issue?

I am getting just plain text and no other features when I go to the invoice page. I sent a request but it seems they haven't look at it.

Maintenance Feb 9, 2014

Normally server maintenance is done by any company on Saturday night (2200 hours to Sunday 0600 or 0800 hours), when the number of users are less and so disruption is less. So if you have any issues during that time, you have to try again later. Some bank sites display, say, daily maintenance is between 2130 to 2230 hours.

Edited: If it is a major unscheduled long duration disruption: then they may show a message "
"500 Internal Server Error or the site is under maintenance"
