...apart from the topic (which was really touching in this case), it is important to be able to express, present, and explain properly. As translators, we often underestimate these skills. I encourage everyone (starting with myself) to get training about how to present and transmit ideas properly. It would mean a hell of a difference in our profession.

I was personally very touched by the grandmother who left a singing birthday message. It very much reminded me of my grandmother...
