Guten Morgen! Es gibt für dieses Zeichen viele Übersetzungen; je nachdem, worauf genau hingewiesen werden soll (z.B. Spannungsebenen, Kabellegungen, Stromstation...) Wenn es im Text nur generisch vorkommt, könntest du "segnale/i di pericolo elettrico" vielleicht verwenden.
