A mund të më tregoni, ju lutem, se a e ka ratifikuar Shqipëria Konventën e Vienës mbi lëshimin e akteve të gjendjes civile në shumë gjuhë.

Nëse po, ku mund të gjendet teksti i konventés në shqip si edhe shembujt e akteve të ndryshëm që përfshin kjo konventë.
