Texte source - anglais Limited Upside. Investor’s ability to participate in the Underlying Share Price appreciation is limited to the strike price of the Call Option.
Expenses. Investor pays an upfront premium for the partial upside participation (which premium includes certain fees and charges described below). Investor will lose the premium paid if the options expire worthless.
Underlying Share Price Risk. The performance and value of this Transaction will be affected by the performance and value of the Underlying Shares. Investors entering into this Transaction should be aware of and familiarise themselves with all risks associated with the Underlying Shares.
Interim Price Risk. Prior to expiration, factors other than the Underlying Share Price will affect the value of options, which may include interest rates, volatility, reference security pricing, dividends, liquidity, and hedging costs.
Early Unwind. There may be costs to the Investor associated with an early unwind of an OTC derivative contact. Please see the section “Early Unwind” below under the General Terms for more details.
Corporate Actions. The transaction may be modified or terminated as the result of certain corporate events affecting the Underlying Shares such as, but not limited to, splits and right issues. (See “Modifications and Early Terminations” below).

Nous avons effectué notre audit selon les normes d'exercice professionnel applicables en France ; ces normes requièrent la mise en oeuvre de diligences permettant d'obtenir l'assurance raisonnable que les comptes consolidés ne comportent pas d'anomalies significatives. Un audit consiste à vérifier, par sondages ou au moyen d'autres méthodes de sélection, les éléments justifiant des montants et informations figurant dans les comptes consolidés. Il consiste également à apprécier les principes comptables suivis, les estimations significatives retenues et la présentation d'ensemble des comptes. Nous estimons que les éléments que nous avons collectés sont suffisants et appropriés pour fonder notre opinion.
