I have a background in the publishing world (20 years), as an Editor, Proofreader, Translator and Production/Project coordinator (employed and freelance). Today I do freelance work for several leading professional and academic publishing houses in Sweden on a regular basis, and for translation agencies in the UK, USA and France. I have translated texts in a wide range of fields, written and edited educational material, translated and written manuals, written articles and translated a novel.

Recent work: pharmaceutical/medical translations and back translations (EN-SE-EN), translation for a music streaming service, various translations for the web (marketing/business/tourism & travel/health & wellness; FR-SE, EN-SE), e-learning (FR-SV), editor/proofreader for professional and academic books (pedagogy/didactics, political science, international relations, social sciences etc.).

During a period of 2,5 years I worked for the European Union's publishing house (The Publication's Office in Luxemburg) as an editor and production team coordinator.

I started my professional life as a teacher (English, French, Swedish and History - young adults and adults).
