I am a professional engineer, with a degree in Natural Science (Electronics), and manager, with a Diploma in Management, with some 45 years of working experience, including some 35 years in international consultancy (in both Anglophone and Francophone countries).

I am also a linguist, being fluent in Danish (native speaker level) and English (my mother tongue) as well as French, having spent a part of my youth in a French-speaking country - and I have maintained my fluency in the language ever since (including i.a. project experience in francophone countries).

I have been resident in Denmark for over 40 years and am fully integrated into Danish society both
culturally and linguistically, and I have dual British and Danish citizenship.

I have many years of experience as a consultant in the fields of telecommunications, information and communications technology (ICT), and procurement management, and have worked in these professional areas in all three languages. This work has also included report writing and editing in Danish, English, and French.

Apart from being an independent consultant, I am the sole proprietor of a small translation company offering translation, MTPE (SDL certified), and proofreading services. My mission as a translator is to offer high-quality translations at a competitive price and delivery no later than (but often before) the agreed deadline. Professionalism is my middle name, and my WWA reviews indicate that I live up to this.

My regular end clients for translation services over several years have included some of Denmark's most important public and private organisations, and have included DSB (The Danish State Railways), Femern A/S (Femern Fixed Link), Novo Nordisk, and Danish Agro amongst many others.
