I have been working both as a translator for 6 years already and as an English teacher in France (Nanterre) in higher education. I teach English to future teachers and to French "classes prépas" Sciences Po (Political Science) and HEC (Top Business School), which is very demanding but rewarding too.

I have an MA in English

Professionally, I have spent 4 great years in London where I had a very successful work experience in business as an in-house translator first but then as a trader/Commercial Operations Manager. I also worked in other types of businesses.

Regarding translating, I have gained experience through the years: I am comfortable in translating general business, touristic, marketing, medical, architectural, legal, and telecommunications documents. I am not an expert in very technical translations and am more of a linguist striving for accuracy, correctness and style.

I can translate from English into French but can also provide quality work from French into English.

Rate is 0.07 to 0.08 € on average per word in the source text but then again we all know prices depend on urgency, technicality and volume.
