Texte source - français XX est un véhicule électrique robotisé spécialement conçu pour le transport de personnes en ville. Sa conception met en œuvre les nouvelles technologies en matière de robotique appliquée à l'automobile.
XX est équipée de capteurs, dont des télémètres laser et des caméras ainsi que d'un ensemble de logiciels développés parXX etXX qui lui permettent de se déplacer en totale autonomie et en toute sécurité sur des voies réservées. Le système de propulsion utilise des batteries Lithium-Polymère et un système de recharge rapide par induction lors des arrêts.
XX est un véhicule urbain bas coût et écologique à l'usage.
Le logiciel de gestion et de surveillance permet de contrôler la mise en œuvre d'un nombre variable de navettes sur un parcours donné en fonction de la demande. On ne fait pas circuler un bus de 40 places pour transporter 3 personnes, mais on injecte dans le flux autant de navettes que nécessaire en fonction de la demande prévue par analyse statistique et en fonction de capteurs placés aux arrêts prévus.

Salvador Dali a toujours été fasciné par la gare de Perpignan.
Lors de ses voyages entre Paris et Figueras, sa ville natale, ou Cadaqués, où il résidait, c’est en gare de Perpignan qu’il faisait enregistrer ses tableaux.
Cette pause était pour lui un moment magique, « une espèce d’extase cosmogonique ».
«C’est toujours à la gare de Perpignan, au moment où Gala fait enregistrer les tableaux qui nous suivent en train, que me viennent les idées les plus géniales de ma vie. Quelques kilomètres avant déjà, au Boulou, mon cerveau commence à se mettre en branle, mais l’arrivée à la gare de Perpignan est l’occasion d’une véritable éjaculation mentale qui atteint alors sa plus grande et sublime hauteur spéculative », dit-il. Lors d’un de ses passages, il déclare même : « Soudain, tout apparut avec la clarté de l’éclair, devant moi se trouvait le centre du monde... »
Dali a décoré l’intérieur de ce bâtiment de briques mis en service le 12 juillet 1858 et a réalisé en 1965 un tableau qui rend hommage à sa gare fétiche. Dans cette toile, Dali se met en scène sous les traits du Christ, en croix, flottant dans le vide au-dessus d’une locomotive.
De part et d’autre du tableau, un homme et une femme recueillis incarnent la dévotion et le travail. Des couples en surimpression évoquent le dur labeur agricole et la luxure. L’oeuvre, l’une des plus connues du surréalisme, est exposée au Ludwig Muséum de Cologne.
En 2004, Perpignan a fêté le centenaire du peintre et fait ériger une colonne lumineuse pour symboliser ce centre du monde.

Salvador Dali was always fascinated by Perpignan station.
Whenever he travelled between Paris and Figueras, the town where he was born, or Cadaqués, where he lived, he always consigned his paintings at Perpignan station. Stopping at this station was a magic moment for him, “a kind of cosmogonic ecstasy”.
“It is always at Perpignan station, when Gala is booking in the paintings that follow us by train, that I have the most brilliant ideas of my life. At Le Boulou, several kilometres before Perpignan, my brain has already begun to swing into action, but the arrival at Perpignan station marks a real mental ejaculation that reaches its greatest and most sublime speculative height at that moment, ” he said. Passing through on one occasion, he even declared : “ Suddenly it all became clear in a flash, the centre of the world was right there before me... ”
Dali decorated the interior of this brick building that first opened on 12th July 1858, and in 1965 he created a painting in homage to his favourite station. A representation of Dali himself appears on the canvas in the guise of Christ and the form of a cross, floating in the space above a locomotive.
On either side of the painting, a man and a woman in meditative pose personify religious devotion and work. Superimposed couples evoke agricultural toil and lust. The painting is one of the best known surrealist works and is displayed at the Ludwig Museum in Cologne.
In 2004, Perpignan celebrated the painter’s centenary and erected a luminous column to symbolise Dali’s centre of the world.

Texte source - français Au temps où la cité de Rue était encore un port ouvert sur la mer, la statue d’un Christ en croix arriva dans la ville, déposée par les flots. Lâché dans les eaux de Palestine, Jésus crucifié traversa la Méditerranée, passa le détroit de Gibraltar, remonta l’Atlantique. Faisant face aux courants contraires, il choisit de s’échouer… sur la plage de Rue !
Ce crucifix aventureux est placé dans l’église de Rue en 1101. Bien vite, il engendre des miracles et attire des milliers de pèlerins. Et qui dit miracles, dit guérisons comme nous l’explique XX
Les pèlerins sont très nombreux ici à Rue. Beaucoup d’entre eux sont de pauvres gens, et les sœurs grises vont s’installer au sein d’un hospice afin de les accueillir. Leur donner l’hospitalité : donc le repas, l’hébergement et aussi le soin. Cet hospice sera également complété d’une chapelle dédiée à Saint Nicolas. Malheureusement, la guerre de 100 ans et un incendie au 18e siècle vont détruire les bâtiments prestigieux de cette époque.
Regardons la chapelle …
XX, professeure d’Histoire à l’Université de Winnipeg et passionnée d’architecture, nous montre les traces gothiques à l’extérieur de la chapelle..
Les arcs brisés que l’on voit aux fenêtres, et d’autre part, la présence d’une belle petite rose travaillée de façon très fine tout à fait dans l’esprit du style Saint Louis. Donc, le style qui était en vigueur aux alentours de 1250 que l’on appelle le style courtois.

A huge number of pilgrims came here to Rue. Many of them were poor, and so the Grey Nuns set up a hospice to welcome them and provide hospitality : meals, lodging and medical care. A chapel dedicated to saint Nicholas would later be added to the hospice. Unfortunately the 100-year war and a fire in the 18th century destroyed the prestigious period buildings.

The Gothic arches at the windows, and also a lovely little rose that has been finely sculpted very much in keeping with the St Louis style. This style was common around 1250 and was known as the courtly style.
