Aus Protokollen des Politbüros, die jetzt veröffentlicht werden, lässt sich die geschichtliche Wende rekonstruieren - und Michail Gorbatschows Rolle gerecht würdigen.
Wie so oft in der Geschichte lagen Sieg und Niederlage nah beieinander, Freude und Angst, Euphorie und Depression. Der Unterschied hätte kaum größer sein können zwischen den Ereignissen im Oktober 1990 in Berlin und jenen in Moskau.
Es ist Mittwoch, der 17. Oktober, ein sonniger Tag, zehn Uhr früh, als im Kreml der Präsidentenrat zusammentritt, einer der wichtigsten Beraterzirkel von Staatschef Michail Gorbatschow. Es wird keine Routinesitzung, ganz im Gegenteil: Das Treffen habe ihn "an die Situation im Oktober 1917 in St. Petersburg erinnert, als die Bolschewisten mit der Stürmung des Winterpalais drohten", wird Anatolij Tschernjajew später sagen. Der außen-politische Fachmann ist 1990 so etwas wie der Henry Kissinger des Sowjetführers Gorbatschow.
Auch an diesem 17. Oktober stehen die Zeichen auf Sturm, das Gefühl der Bedrohung hat Gorbatschows Erzfeind Boris Jelzin ausgelöst. Der Vorsitzende des russischen Parlaments, der drei Monate zuvor die Kommunistische Partei verließ und inzwischen zur Lichtgestalt der größten Sowjetrepublik aufgestiegen ist, hat dem Kreml am Vorabend ein Ultimatum gestellt: Seine Republik werde sich der sowjetischen Führung von nun an nicht mehr unterordnen. Jelzin droht mit Abspaltung.

A partir de les actes del Politburos que ara es publiquen, es pot reconstruir el canvi polític i històric de la Unió Soviètica, i valorar justament el paper de Mikhaïl Gorbatxov.
Com tan sovint passa en la història, victòria i derrota, alegria i por, eufòria i depressió, es troben una al costat de l’altra. La diferència entre els esdeveniments de l’octubre del 1990 a Berlín i els de Moscou, difícilment podia haver estat més gran.
És dimecres 17 d’octubre, un dia assolellat. A les deu del matí, el Consell presidencial, un dels grups d’assessors més importants per al cap d’estat Mikhaïl Gorbatxov, es reuneix al Kremlin. No es tracta d’una reunió rutinària, sinó tot el contrari: com va afirmar més tard Anatoli Txerniàiev, la reunió li va recordar la situació de l’octubre de 1917 a St. Petersburg, quan els bolxevics van amenaçar d’irrompre en el Palau d’Hivern. L’any 1990, Anatoli Txerniàiev era l’expert en política exterior del líder soviètic Gorbatxov i tenia un paper semblant al de Henry Kissinger.
També aquest 17 d’octubre veiem els primers indicis que ens trobem davant d'un conflicte. Boris Ieltsin, l’enemic principal de Gorbatxov, ha provocat el sentiment d’amenaça. El president del Parlament rus, que havia deixat el partit comunista tres mesos abans i des d’aleshores s’havia convertit en un personatge destacat de la República soviètica més gran, la nit anterior havia donat un ultimàtum al Kremlin: a partir d’aquells moments la seva República ja no se sotmetria al govern soviètic. Ieltsin amenaça amb la separació.

Texte source - anglais I would like to thank the Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland for inviting me, but mainly for creating such space for reflection on minority languages. I think it is a good opportunity to get to know the most innovative initiatives which are being carried out in the European Union to promote linguistic diversity. Surely we have heard and will hear public policies that are applicable to our linguistic territory, and also to the entire European Union.
Someone, however, might ask: ‘Why is it necessary to promote languages? Why should we defend linguistic diversity? I would say that linguistic diversity must be defended because it literally means to defend the progress of humanity. Let me explain such a forceful statement.
It is scientifically proven that each language creates structures with neurological peculiarities.Therefore, each language brings out different nuances, different ideas.
In addition, languages accumulate the experience of historical knowledge of a linguistic group and, consequently, they keep ways to see the world, ways to see the objects around us, ways to describe reality. Every language is the expression of the sociocultural evolution of a human community. In short, each language gives us new tools to analyze the world and, thus, to develop new thinking, new ideas. It is in this sense that each language is a source of progress.
Traduction - catalan Vull agrair a la Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland que m’hagi convidat, però sobretot que hagi creat un espai de reflexió com aquest sobre les llengües minoritàries. Crec que és una bona oportunitat per conèixer les iniciatives més innovadores que s’estan duent a terme a la Unió Europea per impulsar la diversitat lingüística. Segur que escoltarem i que hem escoltat polítiques públiques que podem aplicar en el nostre territori lingüístic, i també a tota la Unió Europea.
Algú, però, es podria preguntar: ‘Per què cal promoure les llengües? Per què hem de defensar la diversitat lingüística?’. Jo diria que cal defensar la diversitat lingüística perquè és, literalment, defensar el progrés de la humanitat. Deixeu-me explicar aquesta afirmació tan contundent. Està demostrat científicament que cada llengua crea unes estructures neurològiques amb particularitats. Cada llengua, doncs, fa emergir matisos diferents, fa emergir idees diferents.
A més a més, les llengües acumulen el bagatge de coneixement històric d’un grup lingüístic i, per tant, guarden maneres de veure el món, maneres de veure els objectes que ens envolten, maneres de descriure la realitat. Cada llengua és l’expressió de l’evolució sociocultural d’una comunitat humana. En definitiva, cada llengua ens proporciona eines noves per analitzar el món i, d’aquesta manera, desenvolupar pensament nou, idees noves. És en aquest sentit que cada llengua és font de progrés.

During my Translation and Interpreting Degree course in Vic (Barcelona) I went abroad several times to learn about languages and cultures, while gaining experience in other fields, and I woke a great interest and motivation to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
I had the oportunity to practice in the interpreting service of the UNO in Vienna, and after two years abroad with Erasmus exchanges in the UK and Germany, I started working as a freelance in Belgium.
I obtained the Certificate for Intercultural Coaching and Mediating for Business in the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Germany, and after my Translation Research Paper on Law and Administrative Language at the end of my studies I received the Sworn Translator Certificate English-Catalan from the Catalan Government.
In 2012, I completed an Specialization Course in Community/Social Interpreting and the Master's in Language Advice, Multilingual Management and Publishing Services (Catalan) in the University of Barcelona (UB), after doing an internship in the Catalan National Television (TV3) for two months.
I have professional experience in translation, interpreting and proofreading since 2007. I started managing the Translation Department of a Hospital since I decided to move to Brussels and start my career as a freelance translator. I am specialized in medicine, law, marketing and communication, tourism, retail and fashion, political sciences, business, IT and education. I am interested in literature, arts, music, and gastronomy.
After living some years abroad, in Germany and Belgium, I am currently living in Girona (Catalonia) and full-time working as a freelance translator. I have a long-term collaboration with translation agencies and several private companies, and I have also collaborated with institutions such as the European Parliament and the Delegation of the Catalan Government in Brussels.
I am well versed in general administration tasks, I have a great command of IT and I work with my own tools, unless otherwise required.
