Separator Section
Reactor effluent is cooled against combined feed. The HHPS liquid is routed to the Hot Low Pressure Separator (HLPS). The HHPS vapours are cooled against the light stripper feed from the CLPS, then against the combined gas and finally in the effluent air-cooled condenser, before separation in the CHPS. Wash water is injected upstream of the effluent air cooled condenser via a special mixing device for scrubbing of ammonia salts.
The CHPS is a vertical three-phase separator. Vapour from this vessel is routed to the suction of the recycle gas compressor to make up the combined gas described above. The liquid hydrocarbon stream is mixed with fresh wash water for final ammonia salts removal downstream of the CHPS, before routing to the Cold Low Pressure Separator (CLPS). Sour water from the CHPS is let down to a separate compartment in the CLPS.
LP Separation Section
The HLPS is a vertical two-phase separator, receiving liquid from the HHPS. Liquid from the HLPS forms the heavier of the two feeds to the fractionation section. Vapours from the HLPS are scrubbed with fresh wash water to remove ammonia salts and then cooled in the low-pressure air-cooled condenser. The condenser discharges into the CLPS.
The CLPS is a horizontal three-phase separator vessel receiving water-washed liquid hydrocarbon from the CHPS, sour water from the CHPS and partially condensed hydrocarbons and water from the low-pressure air-cooled condenser.
Off-gas from the CLPS is routed under pressure control, either to a PSA, when optional hydrogen recovery is employed, or directly to low pressure amine absorber, for hydrogen sulphide removal.
Sour water from the CHPS, via a separate compartment in the CLPS, containing hydrogen sulphide and ammonia is routed to an off-plot sour water stripper. Water used to scrub the CHPS and HLPS hydrocarbon streams is collected in the water boot of the CLPS and recycled to the inlet of the effluent air cooler via wash water booster pump. Hydrocarbon liquid from the CLPS is pre-heated against HHPS overhead vapour and provides the lighter of the two feeds to the fractionation section.

Холодный сепаратор НД является трехфазным горизонтальным сепаратором, в который из холодного сепаратора ВД подаются промытые водой жидкие углеводороды и кислые стоки, а также частично сконденсировавшиеся углеводороды и вода из конденсатора НД с воздушным охлаждением.
Отходящий газ из холодного сепаратора НД направляется под регулируемым давлением либо в установку КЦА (если предусмотрено дополнительное выделение водорода), либо напрямую в аминовый абсорбер низкого давления, где из него удаляется сероводород.
Кислые стоки из холодного сепаратора ВД, содержащие сероводород и аммиак, направляются через отдельный отсек холодного сепаратора НД в общезаводскую отпарную колонну кислых стоков. Вода, используемая для промывки потоков углеводородов холодного сепаратора ВД и горячего сепаратора НД, собирается в приемник воды холодного сепаратора НД и направляется на вход аппарата воздушного охлаждения отходящих потоков с помощью бустерного насоса промывочной воды. Углеводородная жидкость из холодного сепаратора НД подогревается парами горячего сепаратора ВД и образует более легкое из двух видов сырья, подаваемых в секцию фракционирования.

The Power button turns the detector On and Off. Press the Power button once to turn the detector On. The detector will begin its startup with an animation and tune, after which the Pattern Screen will appear and E-Trac is ready to find treasure!
It is best to operate the detector only when outdoors and away from sources of electromagnetic interference (EMI) such as power lines and phone towers. These sources may cause the detector to perform erratically, giving false signals and causing inaccurate target ID.
There are also many metallic objects inside a house, such as nails in the floor, reinforcing in the walls, televisions and other household appliances, that might overload the electronics of the detector.
Overloading is not harmful to the electronics of the detector. E-Trac is designed to withstand coil overload.
Note:
Sometimes it is possible that a large object close to the coil will overload the detector’s electronics. When this happens,
E-Trac displays an Overload message and
emits a fading Overload sound which repeats until the coil is moved away from the source of the overload.
E-Trac is Factory Preset to allow you to start detecting straight away. E-Trac’s Factory Presets will respond to some low ferrous metal targets such as silver coins and jewellery, and ignore high ferrous targets such as nails.
Any changes made to E-Trac’s settings are saved automatically while detecting. These settings will remain until they are changed, or you instruct the detector to Reset to Factory Presets, or Master Reset (p. 79).

Normes et précautions de montage
Le montage et la première mise en service ne doivent être exécutés que par un spécialiste agréé.
Les prescriptions, règlementations et directives suivantes doivent être observées pour le montage et le service :
Raccordement d’installations solaires thermiques : EN 12976 et EN 12977.
Transport et stockage :
- Ne transporter et stocker les piles de capteurs qu’avec leur emballage et les palettes appropriées dans des endroits secs et sans poussière.
- Ne pas transporter les capteurs avec la vitre vers le bas.
- Pendant le transport, ne pas porter le capteur par les tubulures et ne pas le déposer sur celles-ci pour éviter tout dommage.
- Ne pas poser la surface arrière du capteur sur une surface non plane.
- Protéger la vitre des capteurs du soleil jusqu’à la mise en service pour éviter la montée en température du capteur : risque de brûlures au contact des tubulures.
- Nous recommandons l’utilisation de poignées de manutention.
Choix de l’implantation :
L’orientation optimale des capteurs est plein sud. Cependant une orientation entre sud-est et sud-ouest convient également. Pour tout autre cas de figure, nous consulter.
Il convient d’éviter au maximum les possibilités d’ombre sur les capteurs: arbres, édifices adjacents, cheminée...Tenir compte des différentes trajectoires du soleil durant l’année (hiver, été).

- Запрещается класть панели задней стороной на неровную поверхность.
- До начала эксплуатации панелей запрещается допускать попадание на их стекла прямых солнечных лучей. Несоблюдение данного требования может стать причиной подъема температуры внутри панели и обгорания мест присоединения патрубков.
- В процессе переноса панелей рекомендуется использовать специальные рукоятки.
Расположение
Наилучшим является положение панелей, в котором они направлены строго на юг. Также приемлемыми считаются направления на юго-запад и юго-восток. В случае иного положения панелей необходимо проконсультироваться с производителем.
Выбирая местоположение панелей, необходимо в максимальной степени исключить возможность их нахождения в тени деревьев, соседних зданий, дымовых труб и т.п. При этом необходимо учесть, что траектория движения тени в течение дня будет зависеть от времени года.
