Bio
I am an senior civil servant in India, and am an author of four books. My fifth book ('Lal Fite Ke Majedar Latife,' in Hindi) is under publication, and is with the publisher. My sixth book 'Computer Bole Aapki Bhasha' (in Hindi) is under drafting/editing. I am a manager and an engineer by education. I am a linguist by hobby.

I use domain specific terminologies in Hindi approved by the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology (under Ministry of Human Resource Development) (http://cstt.nic.in), which is the government-approved body on standardization of Hindi terminologies. I also use Hindustani (a variant of Hindi understood by ordinary Hindi speakers).

My article "Importance of Localization in India" was published as cover feature in July 2007 issue of EGOV magazine (www.egovonline.net).
Another article "Tech-guarding the Country" was published in Oct 31, 2007 issue of Dataquest magazine (www.dqindia.ciol.com) [my last name was wrongly mentioned in the article as 'Saha' instead of Sahu]. Several of my articles on governance and bureaucracy have been published in the editorial pages of The Telegraph (Kolkata-based premier English daily), and also one in Dainik Sambad (Agartala-based Bengali daily). These articles were published under my sole byname. My article was published in the book Skills for Effective Administrators edited by Shri VK Agnihotri (1995: Vikas Publishing House Private Limited and Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie).
