cessazione dello stato di rifiuto (art 11 – End of Waste) per quei materiali, derivati da rifiuti, per i quali vi è la certezza dell’avvenuto recupero e la garanzia dell’impiego nella piena compatibilità ambientale. Il CDR è espressamente citato tra questi possibili materiali.
