[0004] Girth to set a saddle, according to the previous claims, characterized by piece (1) in contact with the horse including a central leather keeper (3) open crosswise for passing the nylon strip (10) envisaged in piece (2), with this nylon strip (10) connecting these pieces (1, 2), with the participation of a tightening screw (11); with the particularity of the fastening strip (10) being attached at its ends and by means of a fixed strip (13) to piece (2), being the carrier in this end of said strip (10) of a D-ring (9) for buckling the corresponding martingale, with this D-ring (9) located in a notch (8) provided on the edge corresponding to the piece (2) which buckles to the saddle, having provided in both pieces (1) and (2), corresponding to the central leather keeper (3) and the fastening strip (10), some Velcro®-type reinforcement strips, allowing the holding of a rigid piece to keep the material or leather from becoming wavy with use and over time.

The features of the First independent claim, most of them are already described in the priority European patent number EP2361876 and Spanish utility model ES1069283, so do not meet the novelty requirement of Article 54.
Relative to the rest of the claims, some of the features claimed are also described in the priority patent so either do not meet the requirement of novelty Article 54.
5. Inventive stage (Article 56 EPC)
The features claimed in the patent filed by **** S.L. are also obvious to the skilled person when combining the features of the priority European patent and utility model and the features known in the common general knowledge.

[0004] Cincha para colocar una silla de montar, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada por una pieza (1) en contacto con el caballo, incluyendo un cierre central de cuero (3) abierto transversalmente para hacer pasar la tira de nylon (10) prevista en la pieza (2), con esta tira de nylon (10) conectando estas piezas (1, 2), con la intervención de un tornillo de apriete (11); con la particularidad de que la tira de apriete (10) está unida en sus extremos y mediante una tira fija (13) a la pieza (2), siendo el portador en este extremo de dicha tira (10) de una anilla en D (9) para abrochar la gamarra correspondiente, con esta anilla en D (9) ubicada en una muesca (8) provista en el borde correspondiente a la pieza (2) que se abrocha a la silla de montar, habiéndose previsto en ambas piezas (1) y (2), correspondientes al cierre central de cuero (3) y la tira de cierre (10), algunas tiras de refuerzo tipo Velcro®, permitiendo el agarre de una pieza rígida para evitar que el material o el cuero pase a ondularse con el uso y con el tiempo.

[0007] Cincha para colocar una silla de montar, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada por que las correas elásticas (14) que unen las anillas (12, 12') son planas.
[0008] Cincha para colocar una silla de montar, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada por una pieza (1) en contacto con el caballo, así como una pieza (2) portadora de los elementos de abroche a la silla de montar correspondiente, con orificios o perforaciones (5) para facilitar la transpiración del caballo.
[0009] Cincha para colocar una silla de montar, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada por que las correas de ajuste (15) están unidas a las hebillas de cierre correspondientes (17) mediante elementos de doble paso (18) a través de los que pasan dichas correas de ajuste (15), pudiendo ser fijada en la posición final mediante tornillos (19).
Las características de la primera reivindicación independiente, cuya mayoría ya están descritas en la patente europea prioritaria número EP2361876 y el modelo de utilidad español ES1069283, por lo que no cumplen el requisito de novedad del Artículo 54.
En cuanto a las demás reivindicaciones, algunas de las características reivindicadas también se describen en la patente prioritaria por lo que no cumplen el requisito de novedad del Artículo 54.
5. Etapa inventiva (Artículo 56 EPC)
Las características reivindicadas en la patente presentada por ****, S.L también resultan evidentes para personas expertas al combinar las características de la patente prioritaria europea y modelo de utilidad y características conocidas en el conocimiento general común.
