Bio

I am an American
expatriate fully integrated in France for over 20 years, of which the past
12 years have been exclusively as a freelance translator, language coach, and
consultant. Before this, my career in hospitality management and other service
and sales industries spanned two continents. As Operating Manager and
self-taught chef of an independent hotel-restaurant, I translated and localized
all pertinent information for an English-speaking international clientele. 

My background in customer service and a commitment to excelling in it set me apart.
