Texte source - allemand Entschädigung für elektronische Bauelemente ( Bauteile) der versicherten Sache wird nur geleistet, wenn eine versicherte Gefahr nachweislich von außen auf eine Austauscheinheit ( im Reparaturfall überlicherweise auszutauschende Einheit) oder auf die versicherte Sache insgesamt eingewirkt hat. Ist dieser Beweis nicht zu erbringen, so genügt die überwiegende Wahrscheinlichkeit, daß der Schaden auf die Einwirkung einer versicherten Gefahr von außen zurückzuführen ist.
Für Folgeschäden an weiteren Austauscheinheiten wird jedoch Entschädigung geleistet.
Traduction - anglais Compensation for electronic components of an insured item will only be provided when it can be demonstrated that an insured hazard that was external in nature affected a replaceable unit (a unit that is customarily replaced when repairs are required) or the insured item as a whole. If this cannot be demonstrated, the strong likelihood that the loss was due to the effect of an insured hazard that was external in nature shall be sufficient. Compensation will be paid for consequential damage to other replaceable units.
