My name is Emilie,

I have been working as a translator for three years, on very diverse projects and across a wide range of industries.

Having more than 10 years of experience in teaching and creating training courses for prestigious clients and institutes (Alliance Française, Senate of Argentina, Language schools, Universities, Companies, etc), I am specialized in education and e-learning. 

My personal convictions are leading me to specialize in the fields of ecology and sustainable development, and my passions and hobbies have naturally led me to specialize in botany and gardening. 

I also regularly work on marketing and general technical translation projects.

My priorities are quality, respect of deadlines, as well as clear and proactive communication. I translate around 2,500 words a day and use MemoQ and Antidote 11 (for an added layer of proofreading/QA), but I have experience with many CAT softwares like Wordbee, Smartling or Phrase. I am used to working as part of a team and to taking into account precise instructions regarding stylistic choices, character limits and confidentiality.
