1. إنهاء العقد
1.1. يحق لأي من الطرفين إنهاء هذا العقد في أي وقت شريطة تقديم إشعار خطي للطرف الآخر قبل ثلاثين (30) يوما من ذلك.
1.2. مع عدم الإخلال بالحقوق أو سبل جبر الضرر الأخرى لأي من الطرفين، يحق لأي من الطرفين إنهاء هذا العقد فورا عن طريق إشعار خطي في حالة ما إذا كان الطرف الآخر قد انتهك ماديا أي من التزاماته بموجب هذه العقد و: (1) أن الانتهاك غير قابل للجبر؛ أو (2) فشل الطرف الآخر في تصحيح الانتهاك في غضون سبعة (7) أيام من تلقي إخطار كتابي يطلب منه علاج الانتهاك.
1.3. يظل البندين 7 و 8 ساريي المفعول لا يتأثران بإنهاء أو انتهاء مدة هذا العقد.

1. Termination
1.1 Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice to the other Party.
1.2 Without prejudice to either Party’s other rights or remedies, either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if the other Party is in material breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement and: (i) that breach is incapable of remedy; or (ii) the other Party has failed to remedy a breach within seven (7) days after receiving written notice requiring it to remedy a breach.
1.3 Clauses 7 and 8 shall remain in effect and survive termination or expiry of this Agreement.

I believe languages are an essential part of our rapidly evolving world which has become one big home for people who are curious and more interested in understanding each other's cultures, perceptions, politics, and new technologies. Translation has always been and continues to be that fascinating "carrying across'' process which made this communication possible. I'm who happened to be a very passionate Arabic/French/English translator; keen to achieve the highest level of understanding through my translations to break down barriers among people around the world and ensure the consistency of this communication.
I am an enthusiastic, curious, reliable, and creative translator with a broad general culture and immense passion for all that has to do with languages. Furthermore, I hold a Master's degree in translation specializing in three languages; namely: Arabic, my native language, English and French. I also have a BA degree in French language and literature.
