Le système libéral de la formation des contrats est dominé par l'idée de la liberté contractuelle et de l'autonomie des parties : celles-ci sont ainsi libres de conclure ou non et de choisir l'objet et la forme (écrite, orale...) du contrat. Le contrat s'inscrit dans la loi qui l'arme de l'exécution forcée, le droit de recourir aux organes de l'État pour obtenir l'exécution de la prestation. La liberté des parties est en conséquences restreinte par des exigences légales dans certains cas : forme, protection du consentement ou interdiction des engagements excessifs.

I am a native Chinese and it has been 11 years that I lived in France. I speak Chinese, English, French fluently.
Currently, I work in Paris in an international French energy company as a financial controller. In my spare time, I work in an art workshop. I have experience in IT, marketing, finance and art domain.
