An adventurous traveler, curious linguist, and dynamic foreign language instructor for nearly 20 years, I am a native speaker of American English, fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French, who has lived, studied and worked in various parts of the US, Spain, Italy and England.

My passion for communication with people from other cultures has allowed me to reach an understanding of how others think, beyond the linguistic structures of their language. That, being an essential element in accurate communication between two cultures, has also led me to e expand my skills as a freelance translator.

Having recently switched my focus from the instruction to the translation of these languages, I am still in the process of building my portfolio, but my translation experience ranges from projects for the colleges of Economics, and Sciences at the University of Siena, Italy, as well as IT projects, personal legal documents, restaurant menus and tourism website.
