I do translation and proofreading for pleasure, and have volunteered my services to family and friends as well as local businesses and the school in which I teach. I have translated French to English, and vice versa. I have a degree in linguistics, and am currently employed as an elementary core French specialist.
I am a native speaker of English and I have dual citizenship - British and Canadian.

In an effort to gain experience, I would be most pleased to volunteer my time in order to help people with simple translation of French into English.
