2.1 All oral and written offers of LS shall be without engagement and revocable.
2.2 Information regarding the products that are to be delivered, appearing from models, samples, examples, catalogues, prospectuses, circulars, advertisements and price lists shall exclusively be provided as an indication. That information shall not be binding upon LS.
2.3 An agreement with a Buyer shall be concluded in writing, unless permitted otherwise by LS. In the latter case the delivery slip / invoice shall be deemed to correctly represent the contents of the relative delivery. The Buyer declares beforehand that he agrees with the contents of the aforementioned delivery slip / invoice.
