C'est une ville qui a fait toute sa vie, qui est devenue maintenant toute nuisible, mortelle pour ceux qui l'habitent. Le mieux c'est qu'elle reste à croupir en retrait définitif en "touchant" musée, avec tourniquets si l'on veut, une exposition permanente, en arrière des événements...
Faut la démembrer tout à fait lui laisser juste les parties mortes, tout le faisandé qui lui convient. Pour les humains c'est autre chose, ils peuvent pas vivre dans un cadavre... L'agonie est un spectacle qui intéresse bien des personnes... La seule banlieue possible d'une ville de quatre millions d'habitants c'est la mer. La mer seule assez puissante, assez généreuse pour assainir quotidiennement ce terrible infernal ramassis, cet enrayant conglomérat de pourritures organiques, inhalantes, expirantes, chiatiques, fementeuses, fébricilantes, virulogènes.
La ville la plus malsaine du monde, la plus emboîtée, la plus encastrée, infestée, confinée, irrémédiable, c'est Paris! dans son carcan de collines. Un cul-de-sac pris dans un égout, tout mijotant de charognes, de millions de latrines, de torrents de mazout et pétrole bien brûlants, une gageure de pourriture, une catastrophe physiologique, préconçue, entretenue, enthousiaste. Population à partir de mai, plongée, maintenue, ligoté dans un prodigieuse cloche aux gaz, littéralement à suffoquer, strangulée dans les émanations, les sulfureux, stagnants de millions de chiots, absolument corrodée, minée, putréfiée jusqu'en ses derniers hémoblastes, par les plus insidieuses, les plus pernicieuses ordures aériennes... Ventilation nulle...
