Texte source - slovaque Zmenu etického a sociálneho správania v rámci existujúcej podnikovej kultúry chápeme ako proces, nie ako udalosť. Skutočné zmena v podnikateľskom subjekte nastane len vtedy, keď manažment bude tejto oblasti venovať stálu pozornosť. Manažéri musia robiť každú deň rozhodnutie, ktoré majú aj etické dimenzie. Uvedená práca poskytuje nástroje myšlienky, názory a nástroje, ktoré pomôžu podnikateľskému subjektu stať sa zdrojom zdravia pre miestnu komunitu.
Publikácia sa zaoberá problematikou spoločensky zodpovedného podnikania a EFQM modelu výnimočnosti. Pri skúmaní teoretických poznatkov sme zistili, že niektoré pojmy súvisiace s problematikou spoločenskej zodpovednosti nie sú presne a jednoznačne vymedzené.
Niektorí autori sa zameriavajú vo svojich odborných publikáciách na spoločenskú zodpovednosť organizácií (Petríková, Trnková, Friedman). Iní autori chápu anglický názov Corporate Social Responsibility ako spoločensky zodpovedné podnikanie (Zelená kniha EÚ).
Z uvedených dôvodov sme si za prvý vedecký cieľ stanovili vymedziť teoretické východiská skúmania pojmu spoločensky zodpovedné podnikanie, definovať spoločensky zodpovedné podnikanie a jeho osobitosti.
Druhým vedeckým cieľom publikácie je charakteristika EFQM modelu výnimočnosti a nadväzne na dva predchádzajúce ciele sme si stanovili cieľ identifikovať paralely prepojenia spoločensky zodpovedného podnikania a EFQM modelu výnimočnosti. Stanovený cieľ práce sme splnili.
Traduction - anglais Change in ethical and social behavior in an existing company culture is seen as a process, not an event. A true change in a company can only happen if top management gives adequate attention to this issue. Managers’ daily decisions need to be made with ethical dimensions. The thesis offers ideas, opinions, and tools, which will help a company to become a source of health for its local community.
The study deals with socially responsible entrepreneurship and the 'EFQM model of exceptionality'. Through our study, we have come to realize that some terms, which deal with social responsibility, are not clearly identified.
Some authors focus in their studies on social responsibility in enterprises (Petrikova, Trnkova, Friedman). Others authors understand the English term ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ as socially responsible entrepreneurship (The Green Book, EU).
Due to the above stated reasons, we have decided to clarify and define theoretical findings dealing with the term socially responsible entrepreneurship.
Secondly, the thesis aims to characterize the 'EFQM model of exceptionality'. Building on the two previous goals, the following goal of the thesis is to identify parallel connections between socially responsible entrepreneurship and the 'EFQM model of exceptionality'. All goals were achieved.
