TIPO DE CONDUCCIÓN
En la actualidad el sistema de conducción es en espaldera en prácticamente el 100% de las
parcelas. Este sistema nos permite controlar variables críticas en la producción de uva de
calidad como por ejemplo la fijación de rendimientos mediante las podas y vendimias en
verde, el control del estrés hídrico, los componentes y la protección de la uva mediante el
ajuste de la superficie foliar y la posibilidad de vendimiar en el momento óptimo de maduración.
SISTEMA DE RIEGO
Debido a la excesiva aridez del terreno durante la sequía estival, se suelen producir
situaciones de estrés hídrico en la cepa, que afectan a su calidad y rendimiento, por lo
que desde el principio, se estableció un sistema de irrigación por
goteo que se alimenta de dos balsas construidas en el interior de la finca y cuya agua
procede de sus pozos cartesianos.

Aufgrund der extremen Sommerdürre im Land entsteht bei den Reben oft ein hydraulischer
Stress, der die Qualität und den Ertrag der Reben beeinträchtigt. Es gibt
vom Anfang an ein Bewässerungssystem: ein angetriebener Brunnen, der sich im
Inneren der Finca befindet.

PRIMERA.- OBJETO DEL CONTRATO
Por el presente contrato, la PROPIEDAD encarga al CONTRATISTA, y éste acepta ejecutar, la ejecución de las obras reseñadas en los Expositivos.
EL CONTRATISTA realizará y ejecutará las obras con cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo y con suministro de materiales, mano de obra, maquinaria y medios auxiliares, con estricta y escrupulosa ejecución y cumplimiento del Proyecto (que incluye memoria, planos, pliego de condiciones, mediciones y Anexos).
EL CONTRATISTA será responsable de que la ejecución de la obra se ajuste a los documentos del Proyecto.
Cualquier duda, aclaración o contradicción que surgiere será consultada por EL CONTRATISTA a la Dirección Técnica. En caso contrario, será éste el responsable de los trabajos que no procedan, pudiendo rechazar la Dirección Técnica cualquier elemento de obra que no se ajuste a lo especificado en el proyecto o no reúna las condiciones necesarias.
EL CONTRATISTA tendrá encargado responsable, con conocimientos suficientes para la correcta interpretación de los planos y de cuantas sugerencias provengan de la Dirección Técnica.
EL CONTRATISTA separará de la obra aquel personal que, a juicio de la Dirección Técnica, no cumpla sus obligaciones en la forma debida.

The Contractor will carry out and complete the work in full compliance with Labor Safety and Hygiene norms, and with the supply of materials, labor force, machinery and auxiliary instruments, with strict and scrupulous notation and fulfilment of the Project Plan (which includes a memoir, technical plans, specifications, measurements and Annexes).
The Contractor will be responsible for the execution of the project according to the documents of the Project.
Whatever doubt, clarification, or contradiction that is suggested will be dealt with by the Contractor through the Technical Direction. In the opposite occurrence, the Contractor will be responsible for the jobs that do not proceed, with the ability to push the Technical Direction back on any element of work that does not fit, is not specified in the project, or does not fulfil the necessary conditions.
The Contractor will have an employee in charge with the responsibility of sufficient knowledge of the correct interpretation of the plans and what suggestions the Technical Direction provides.
The Contractor will remove from the Project any person, who, according to the judgment of the Technical Direction, does not fulfil his or her obligations in the due form.

PROCESO DE ELABORACION
Se vendimió en la madrugada del 14 de Agosto a 14º C de temperatura ambiente. El mosto obtenido fue desfangado
estáticamente y fermentó durante 22 días en depósito de acero inoxidable a una temperatura media de 16 grados.
NOTAS DE CATA
Color amarillo limón intenso con tonos pajizos. Muy limpio y brillante. Aroma de intensidad media , posee aromas de
piña, cítricos, frutas tropicales sobre fondo mineral conjuntadas con unas suaves y delicadas notas lácticas, tabaco, y
toques de heno seco y hojarasca. En boca es un vino elegante y equilibrado, de cuerpo medio y volumen ligeramente
graso que lo hace corpulento aunque, al tiempo que mantiene la vivacidad y la frescura propias de su carácter frutal y
un largo postgusto sabroso y ligeramente especiado.
MARIDAJE
Pescados ahumados (salmón y trucha), ostras y almejas, mariscos (centolla, buey, nécoras), mariscos en salsa roja y
marinera (mejillones), pescado blanco en salsa verde y menier (lenguado, merluza, rodaballo...), pescados a la plancha y
al horno (lubina, besugo y dorada), ensaladas, pastas y arroces, carne de ave, comida japonesa y libanesa, quesos
gallegos y frescos.

eine gewisse Fülle geben. Dennoch zeichnet er sich aufgrund seines Charakters durch Lebendigkeit und
Frische aus. Der Wein hat einen langen schmackhaften Nachhall mit leichten Gewürzaromen.
GASTRONOMISCHE EMPFEHLUNGEN
Finca Marisanchez Chardonnay passt ideal zu Meeresfrüchten, gegrilltem oder gebackenem Fisch, Salate,
Nudel- oder Reisgerichte, der asiatischen Küche und frischen Käsesorten.
