"Calidad educativa :
La educación será de mayor calidad si contiene determinados niveles de superioridad, al integrar mayor cantidad de atributos y hacerlo con superior perfección; si busca, tenaz y permanentemente, la excelencia personal de cada alumno."
Je ne comprends pas bien "al integrar mayor cantidad de atributos y hacerlo con superior perfección".
Que comprenez-vous ?
Par ailleurs, le second "si", s'agit-il également d'une deuxième condition, à la suite de la première ? Si... et si.. ?
