: no need to translate the address; just put country in Russian; especially with regard to your variants: "Ýêñëåìèëüñêèé äåëîâîé ãîðîäîê "and "Ýêñàíïðîâàíñ"

You can simply put 'Frantsiaj' in Russian, or "adres vo Frantsii", but leave the address in French, otherwise how anyone could contact them?
