full entry:
Pas de différence entre la numération témoin de l'inoculum et l'essai, d'un facteur de 2 maximum.)
the "numération témoin" is what has me.
Previous entries (this is a report so there are no full sentences, just form fields) list the proof of sterility and so forth. Here we have...is it *proof of* enumeration (??)

Control count of the inoculum
I found the term "control count" on a couple of pages. Unfortunately I don't specialise in medical translation but my guess would be this refers to a measured amount of the inoculum?
Maybe the full sentence could be "no difference between the control count and the test/trial"?

A medical translator may be able to find a better phrase than "control count" as it does not appear to be too widely used.

Example sentence:
Complete and document an opiate control count with another Medical Team member at the beginning and end of assigned camp dates and whenever any opiates are dispensed.
