Hi. This is a grade under CCA in France (Chef de Clinique Assistant). I haven't been able to get a confirmed translation into English. Any help would be greatly aprpeciated.

The context is a medical report issued by a physician at a French hospital. The word "attachée" appears in the list of physicians that appears in the letterhead.

'attached to' seems to be generally used in Linguee but maybe under source lang influence
Without Linguee, I would have said 'assigned' to a service.
For example, a psychiatrist might be assigned a small prison who can't justify a full-time psychiatrist but do need one occasionally
