Standard phrase found at the end of a contract in France. The following feels like too much of a direct translation. Suggestions for what we may find as an equivalent at the end of English Agreements?

What's wrong with the phrase you propose? This comes up on a regular basis so there should be glossary entries as well. It's straightforward French so your straightforward English is fine.

I know, this is typically French but it appears on all legal documents

agree cmwilliams (X) : yes, although I'd put the 'read and approved' in brackets after the French words. The French words should be indicated as they will need to be written by the person signing the document (unless it's for information only).
