could the above be translated as final or end losses? I must admit that I have never seen this one before, and it's not in any dictionary I've consulted.

Problem is, "termination" is not used in continental French but it is used in Quebec. I have found "termination de l'autorisation" in a Quebec document. Cannoit be specific without context. Could be losses at termination of the contract/agreement, etc.
