To Sara, I would avoid 'cross-channel' because of its too strong association with ferries!

"regies" Is the "regies" part of the word not a past participle. I think it looks like some sort of "cross-managed" type idea. i.e. the campaigns can be managed across different social media or internet facilities.

Multiple channels I think "cross-régies" means the online adverstising campaigns can be conducted through several channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Google, etc all using one single platform and template.
