largesse Explication : It's a technical term defined as follows " I define the degree of generosity of a family leave scheme as “relatively high” if the number of months for which mothers resp. parents can take up parental leave with benefits replacing at least 2/3 is above the European average of 7 months, and as “relatively low” if it is 7 months or less."
