In French "transaction" means in the legal fields a kind of contract but I'm not sure that this stipulation has this meaning or refers to a "simple" transaction. Refer to below extract: "7. Recipient understands and agrees that no contract or agreement providing for any transaction involving the Disclosing Party shall be deemed to exist between Recipient and Disclosing Party unless and until a final definitive agreement has been executed and delivered."
