At the time of signing this Contract, Party B should sign the on board declaration faithfully. Where Party B fails to fill in the declaration faithfully and constitutes an act severely in violation of the rules and regulations or Party A or the Employing Unit, the Employing Unit may execute its right to return Party B and Party A may also dissolve this Contract directly.
