Question:

Is there a capability to auto-propagate the edited segments without the need to manually clicklying ctrl-enter. The point is that I have 15K segments and using spelling check I have changed almost 1K segments, so now I will have to click ctrc+Enter thru them. In addition, I have to provide the translation to the editor, who will be editing in Trados. The editor will change the new translated segments, but will not approve them, so that I can first look thru the changes and decide, if I agree with them or want to roll them back. If the editor approves the segments, then I will have to manaully go thru the changes, roll some of them back and then approve them.

Don't let the Ctrl + Enter to slow you down. You need to do that only if you want that translation unit to go into your TM. But if time is of importance, I usually export the file to a Bilingual Review document. Do my revision. Accept all the changes. Send that file to the editor. When I receive the file back I can work with the Changes on that file directly and import it back to Trados or import it back to my Trados and then Confirm or Reject the changes. Then I'll export the final file (yes, segments do not need to be confirmed before they are exported) send it to the client. Then I'll indulge myself with a cup of coffee and Ctrl + Enter through the segments to enter them into my TM when I have time.

Hope it helps ^^!

Sorry, but maybe you did not understand my question.

The problem:

I have changed 500 segments in a file. I have 500 segments that 100% matches for the changed segments. As far as I understand, the only option to change the 100% matches are to click ctrl-Enter thru the changed segments. Is there another option to do that?
