Error message when trying to add TM in Synergy

I get an error message and a dialog box opens and says "Unable to open TM" when I try to add a TM going through "Create New Project".

I am totally new to Trados, but I seem to have been succesful in creating TM's using WinAlign, so I can't guess what the problem is. Something dumb no doubt, but I need help please?

Someone debug me!!!

Hello Zpang,

Did you get any solution? I have a friend who is complaining exactly of the same error message when creating a new project.
