Hello,
I have problems importing project packages in Trados Studio 2019. I get the following error message: "Access to the path ˈC: \Users\G55VW\AppData\Local\Application Dataˈ is denied." Now I know from another post that I am supposed to rename the folders on my computer, but this does not work. A so called unexpected error is keeping me from renaming the folders. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks a lot, K.

Edit: It seems the file I am trying to rename is read-only. I am trying to unset read-only, but after the process is complete, the mark for read-only remains.

Edit: Problem solved, I decided to reinstall Trados Studio instead of trying anything else.
