Error when pretranslating ttx files

Hi,

I have searched the forums but couldn't find any information so I hope someone out there may be able to help.

I use:
Translator's Workbench/SDLX, Version 8.0 Freelance.
TagEditor, Version 8.0
Windows Vista home premium

I have recieved a 50k+ project with 40k 100% matches. The agency delivered ttx files and I am able to edit them in Tageditor.

I would like to pretranslate the files but when I try I receive an error message ... See more

"The procedure entry point
?docCharacters@DOMParser@@UAEXQBGI_N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library XercesRS.dll."

Any ideas how I can fix this?

I really appriciate any help!
